Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino
Spokane, WA

Warner Gaming partnered with the Spokane Tribe of Indians for seven years to develop and successfully open Spokane Tribe Casino in Airway Heights, Washington. The 2018 opening marked the beginning of the Tribe’s long-term vision to create a premier gaming and entertainment destination that would promote economic self-sufficiency, create employment, and generate lasting benefits for Tribal members and the surrounding Spokane community.

What began as a regional gaming facility has evolved through multiple expansions into the Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino—a comprehensive destination featuring an expanded casino floor, live table games, smoke-free gaming, Caesars Sportsbook, diverse dining options, meeting and event facilities, and a 174-room hotel with an indoor pool and fitness center. The resort is also home to Spokane LIVE, a 27,000-square-foot, two-level entertainment venue that attracts national touring artists and has strengthened the property’s position as a leading entertainment destination in eastern Washington.

Warner Gaming provided development, pre-opening, and operational expertise to help bring the Spokane Tribe’s original casino vision to life. Today, the property’s continued expansion and transformation into a full-service resort demonstrates the strength of that foundation and, most importantly, the vision and commitment of the Spokane Tribe of Indians. The resort has become a powerful economic engine, an important source of employment, and a destination that proudly shares the Tribe’s identity, culture, and hospitality with the region.
