Warner Gaming managed the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas for more than nine years, initially under the ownership of Brookfield Asset Management. As one of Las Vegas’ most recognizable entertainment resorts, the property delivered a legendary combination of gaming, music, nightlife, dining, and hospitality supported by world-class service and amenities.

The resort featured three hotel towers with 1,504 rooms and suites—including eight spa villas and seven penthouse suites—75,000 square feet of casino space, and 110,000 square feet of flexible meeting and convention facilities. Additional amenities included the world-famous Joint music venue, 30,000 square feet of spa and salon facilities, more than 20 food and beverage venues, and 8,000 square feet of retail space.

Warner Gaming was engaged in 2011 after Brookfield assumed ownership of the financially distressed property. With responsibility for the resort’s gaming and non-gaming operations, Warner Gaming substantially improved earnings and stabilized the business, supporting a successful refinancing. Following the property’s sale to JC Hospitality in late 2018, Warner Gaming continued operating the casino under a space-lease agreement until the resort closed for redevelopment—completing more than nine years of leadership at one of Las Vegas’ most iconic properties.
