Warner Gaming managed Avi Resort & Casino in Laughlin, Nevada, for five years in partnership with the Fort Mojave Indian Tribe. Located along the Colorado River within the Tribe’s tri-state ancestral homeland, Avi combines casino gaming, hospitality, entertainment, recreation, and family-friendly amenities in one of the region’s most comprehensive resort destinations.
The property features more than 37,000 square feet of gaming space, over 715 slot machines, 18 table games, a dedicated poker room, bingo, race and sports wagering, and keno. Beyond gaming, Avi offers more than 450 remodeled hotel rooms and suites, eight food and beverage venues, four additional quick-service concepts, a 10,000-square-foot entertainment venue, an eight-screen movie theater, a private sandy beach, resort pools, two 18-hole golf courses, a 64-seat lounge, and a 260-space RV park.
During its five-year management agreement, with the Fort Mojave Indian Tribe, Warner Gaming provided management, operational, marketing, and financial leadership focused on increasing revenue and strengthening bottom-line profitability. Warner Gaming helped maximize the performance of Avi’s extensive collection of gaming and resort amenities while supporting the Tribe’s broader goals of economic development, employment, and long-term financial sustainability.
