Matt Mellor
Director of Operations

Matt Mellor is an operations and hospitality executive with more than 35 years of work experience, including more than 26 years in gaming and hospitality. His background includes casino operations, hotel operations, financial services, sales, human resources, marketing, and multi-unit leadership.

 

Over the course of his career, Matthew has worked in a variety of operating environments, including major Las Vegas Strip properties and tribal casinos. His experience encompasses table games, regulatory compliance, game protection, training and development, revenue management, workforce planning, and the use of performance data to guide operational and marketing decisions.

 

Since joining Warner Gaming, Matt has worked across multiple areas of property operations, including gaming, hotel, labor management, financial performance, SOP development, training, promotional proformas, competitive reviews, and post-promotion evaluation. By combining hands-on operational experience with a strong understanding of business performance, he helps property leadership identify opportunities, improve execution, and strengthen overall results.
