In 2011, we were engaged to manage all gaming and non-gaming operations at the resort by one of its lenders, who took over ownership that year when the property was in a financially distressed condition.   Under our management, the hotel/casino saw substantially improved earnings, allowing for a successful re-financing.   In late 2018, the hotel/casino was sold to JC Hospitality, who has contracted with our team to operate the casino at the property under a space lease.
