Chad Warner is a gaming & hospitality executive with more than 14 years of experience spanning public accounting, real estate investment, and casino operations and development.

 

He began his career in Chicago with KPMG, where he provided audit services to public and private companies. After KPMG, he joined Walton Street Capital, a leading real estate private equity firm, where he focused on hospitality and real estate investments.

 

For the past nine years, Chad has been with Warner Gaming, where he has played a leadership role in the development, opening, and optimization of casino and resort properties across the United States. His experience encompasses casino operations, strategic planning, financial analysis, project development, capital planning, FF&E procurement, and operational readiness. By combining a strong financial foundation with hands-on operational expertise, Chad helps clients successfully navigate complex development projects while driving long-term operational and financial performance.

 

Chad holds an undergraduate degree in Accountancy from Miami University in Oxford, OH.
