Bob Bruce
Executive Vice President & Chief Legal Officer

Bob Bruce is an experienced business attorney with more than 30 years’ experience handling transactions for clients, both as outside counsel and as an in-house legal officer.

Prior to joining Warner Gaming in 2010, Bob worked for companies in the gaming and energy industries, including Station Casinos in Las Vegas, Nevada and Next Era Energy in Juno Beach, Florida, where Bob helped launch that company’s Sarbanes-Oxley procedures. At Warner Gaming, Bob oversees legal, compliance and administrative matters for the company, including the implementation of best practices and various policies and procedures.

 

Bob is licensed to practice law in the states of Texas and Nevada, where he founded the State Bar of Nevada’s Energy, Utility and Communications Law Section in 2009. Bob holds a bachelor of journalism degree and a law degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
