Founder & CEO

Prior to founding Warner Gaming in 2008, Bill served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Station Casinos, a major U.S. gaming company headquartered in Las Vegas. During Bill’s 15-year tenure, the company grew from one casino to 14 casino properties, including seven integrated hotel/casino/entertainment properties. During this period of significant growth and expansion, Bill held the positions of Chief Development Officer, which involved his oversight of design, construction, pre-opening and opening of all new properties, and later Chief Operating Officer (COO).

As COO, Bill’s role was expanded (in addition to retaining his development duties) to oversight of all gaming operations and all non-gaming operations, and he managed a workforce of more than 14,000 employees. He was also directly responsible for all aspects of company operations for Station Casinos.

Throughout his 30-plus-year career in the gaming business, Bill has received gaming licenses (either individually or through business entities) in 32 jurisdictions, including the U.S. federal government (via the National Indian Gaming Commission), 14 U.S. states, 14 Indian tribes located in the U.S., and 3 jurisdictions outside of the U.S.
