Bill Warner earned his reputation during his 14 years in Senior Executive level positions at one of the nation’s premier gaming companies, Station Casinos. Warner started at Station Casinos when there was only one property, Palace Station, and was integral to the company’s growth to 16 casinos. His titles at Station included: Chief Development Officer, Vice President of Finance and, most recently, Chief Operating Officer.

During his tenure as Chief Operating Officer, Warner guided the company to record numbers in 2005 and 2006, posting revenues of $1.1 billion and $1.34 billion respectively across the Station family of brands. Under Warner’s management, Station Casinos operated 26,000 slot machines, 550 table games, 4,200 hotel rooms (ranging from small casino driven hotels to four diamond resort properties), 72 restaurants, 15 lounge and show rooms, as well as other amenities, including bowling centers, movie theatres and child care facilities. He also led a workforce of 14,000 team members and directed the company as it received the coveted Fortune 100 Best Company to Work For over a remarkable 4 years span.

Warner was also responsible for both public and bank financing for Station Casinos, construction financing for new projects, and equipment and lease financing. In his time with Station Casinos, the company completed several billion dollars of financing to allow it to execute on its growth strategy. Perhaps most notably, Warner was instrumental in the $5.4 billion management-led buyout of Station Casinos in 2007 to ensure future growth and flexibility.

Today, Warner is the founder of Warner Gaming.
