Obtained public and private financing for the acquisition or development of 18 casinos totaling several billion dollars in capital funding.
Entered into development and management agreements with five tribal partners.
As a team, opened three (3) casinos and completed eight (8) acquisitions. Individually, opened thirteen (13) casinos and completed Eight (8) acquisitions.
Experience in operating casino properties in five (5) gaming jurisdictions.
Operated two (2) of the most valued brands in Las Vegas locals market; Station Casinos and Fiesta, with industry leading margins.
Under Warner’s leadership, Station Casinos was named by Fortune 100 magazine as one of the Top 100 Companies to Work For four (4) years in a row.
Developed the Boarding Pass players club strategy by taking a single property player card to multi-property, multi-tiered program and achieved leading industry levels of carded play and market penetration.
Created the first successful bonusing program in the gaming industry; Jumbo Jackpot in both single property and multi-property versions.
